Contaminated water should be <br /> properly disposed of with receipts being forwarded to PHS/EHD. Please submit a <br /> workplan for "Interim" clean-up by Sept. 1, 1994. <br /> Quarterly monitoring reporting shall continue which should include data generated <br /> from the "Interim" clean=- <br /> According to Chapter 16, Underground Storage Tank (UST) regulations (23 CCR) , <br /> Article 11 of the Corrective Action regulations, the Preliminary Site Assessment <br /> Phase includes, at a minimum, initial site characterization in accordance with <br /> Sections 2652,2653, and 2654 of Article 5, and any interim remedial actions taken <br /> in accordance with Section 2722 (b) of this Article. <br /> PHS/EHD will continue to monitor efforts by Fugro West, Inc. to gain right-of- <br /> entry from Mr. Ron Slate, property owner of 6123 Pacific Avenue, for construction <br /> of a monitoring well.
