A safety topic s11 a11 be <br /> addressed each day from the following list: <br /> - Site Safety Plan (first day and once a week thereafter) <br /> - Fire Fighting Techniques <br /> - Defensive Driving <br /> - Decontamination <br /> - Levels of Protection <br /> - Heat Stress <br /> - Emergency Equipment on Site <br /> - confined Space Entry Procedure- Respirator Maintenance <br /> - Self-contained Breathing Apparatus Training (if necessary} <br /> 2.4 Safety Log <br /> A safety log shall be kept for the project work site. <br />
