The first error pertained to the <br /> chain-of-custody submitted with the soil samples. An additional chain-of-custody for soil sample <br /> MW-8 @ 10 feet bgs is included in Appendix E. The second error pertained to Table 1, <br /> Analytical Results: Soil Samples Collected on 10119199. The analytical result for TPHg at <br /> location MW-8 @ 10-feet bgs has been revised to match the analytical results. The revised table <br /> is included in Appendix E. <br /> SURVEY OF WATER WELLS <br /> Also in the County letter dated March 9, 2000 (Appendix A), the County included a water well <br /> survey that was previously conducted by Delta Environmental Consultants. The County noted <br /> that several addresses of the wells identified were not provided and the map did not clearly show <br /> the well locations. Apex conducted a well search at the Department of Water Resources and <br /> performed a search through Environmental Data Resources. A revised water well survey is <br /> included as Appendix F <br />
