0963c*-8 a <br /> reports are submitted to the Project Safety Officer. The authority of <br /> the Project Manager is the same as that of the Project Safety officer. <br /> The Site Safety Officer is responsible for assisting the Project <br /> Manager with on-site implementation of this site safety plan. His <br /> responsibilities include: 1) maintaining safety equipment supplies, <br /> 2) performing air quality measurements, 3) directing decontamination <br /> operations and emergency response operations, 4) setting up work zone <br /> markers and signs if such zones are specified in the site safety plan, <br /> and 5) reporting all accidents, incidents, and infractions of safety <br /> rules and requirements to the Project Manager. The Site Safety <br /> Officer has the authority to suspend work any time he determines that <br /> the provisions of the site safety plan are inadequate to ensure worker <br /> safety and inform the Project Manager of individuals whose on-site <br /> presence jeopardizes their health and safety or the health and safety <br /> of others. <br /> The following Woodward-Clyde personnel will be involved with this <br /> sampling program: <br /> Christopher L.
