r <br /> kNj KLEINFELDER <br /> 4 REPORTING <br /> Upon completion of the field activities and receipt of the soil analytical results collected during <br /> the installation event, a report of findings for the drilling of the soil boring and the monitoring <br /> well installation will be written. Groundwater monitoring will be included in subsequent <br /> quarterly monitoring reports prepared for the site for client and agency review. The installation <br /> report will include: <br /> • A description of the field activities, observations, and protocols <br /> • Lithologic Logs <br /> • Tabulated results of soil samples with copies of certified results (groundwater results to be <br /> included in quarterly monitoring reports) <br /> • A graphical representation of soil and groundwater sampling locations <br /> 0 Description and documentation of.QA/QC procedures employed for field and laboratory <br /> work <br /> • Kleinfelder's conclusions and recommendations based on the data acquired. <br /> All information gathered during the study by Kleinfelder is considered confidential and will be <br /> released only upon written authorization from the client or as required by law. California law <br /> requires a person to inform .the state if a situation is encountered that can be considered an <br /> immediate endangerment to the public's health or welfare and/or to the environment.
