Prior to equipment delivery, a maintenance manual for the vapor extraction <br /> system must be supplied to the Engineer. <br /> B. The.Maintenance Manual shall provide the following information: <br /> 1. A schedule for recommended routine maintenance including <br /> equipment lubrication, filter changes, belt tightening and relacement, <br /> blower motor service, and any other maintenance that is necessary to <br /> maintain continuous operation. <br /> 2. Detailed instructions for operation of the auto-dialer, and list of initial <br /> messages and phone numbers. <br /> 3. Functional description of the PLC logic program and setpoints <br /> including a logic flow diagram. <br /> 4. Catalogue information for all system components including: <br /> a. Warranties. <br /> b. Service contact and phone number. <br /> C. Installation, <br /> d. Operation. <br /> e. Maintenance instructions. <br /> f. Part numbers. <br /> g. Model numbers. <br /> 5. Startup and shutdown procedure consisting of sequential instructions. <br /> 6. Recommended space parts list for parts that are needed routinely and <br /> that should be stored onsite. <br /> 1.5 SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> A. The scope of services shall include, but not be limited to: <br /> 1. Final design of the vapor extraction system. <br /> 2. Submittal of all shop drawings and maintenance manuals. <br /> 3. Shipping and installation of all equipment associated with the vapor <br /> extraction system. <br /> 4. Functional testing of all equipment associated with the vapor <br /> extraction system. <br /> 1.6 COORDINATION WITH OTHER EQUIPMENT <br /> A. It shall be the Contractor's responsibility to design and install the vapor <br /> extraction system so that it is in all ways compatible with the internal <br /> combustion engine system and the groundwater sparging system. <br /> B. The PLC supplied in this section shall receive signals from the sparging <br /> system (Section 13002) and the internal combustion engine system (Section <br /> 13004).
