Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> d. The minimum net lot area shall be 30, 000 square feet for <br /> each single-family dwelling. Lot areas shall be shown <br /> on the Final Map. <br /> e. The minimum width of Lots 1 through 6 shall be 150 feet <br /> at a distance of 30 feet back from the front lot line, <br /> except that the remainder shall have a minimum width of <br /> 100 feet. A grading plan shall be submitted by the applicant, and <br /> it shall be approved and a grading permit issued by the <br /> Building Inspection Division prior to any excavation or <br /> filling of earth material. <br /> (1) The grading plan shall contain the information <br /> listed in the U.B.C. , Appendix, Chapter 70, Section <br /> 7006 (l) . ' <br /> (2) The grading plan shall include complete drainage <br /> details and elevations of the adjacent parcels. <br /> Retaining wall details shall be submitted where <br /> applicable. <br /> (3) Grading in excess of 5000 cubic yards shall comply <br /> with Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading <br /> Requirements. " <br /> (4) All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be <br /> incorporated in the grading plan. <br /> (5) All compaction reports must be submitted prior to <br /> a foundation inspection. <br /> (6) All grading permits are subject to approval by the <br /> other departments. <br /> Conditions of Approval - 2 - (SU-90-14) <br />
