All lighting shall be on a time clock or photo-sensor <br /> system. <br /> 3 . All lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to <br /> the premises, and with no spill over beyond the property. <br /> d. All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas must be <br /> paved and permanently maintained with asphalt or cement. <br /> Bumper guards must be provided where necessary to protect <br /> adjacent structures or properties. <br /> e. A trash enclosure shall be provided and designated on the <br /> Improvement Plan. The enclosure shall be designed to <br /> accommodate all trash receptacles and constructed on three <br /> sides with a solid wall and gated on the fourth side. <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> f. All new construction shall have the lowest floor elevated to <br /> at least one (1) foot above the one hundred (100) year flood <br /> elevation or shall be flood proofed. <br /> g. A minimum of one (1) parking space for each two hundred and <br /> fifty (250) square feet of gross floor area for the office <br /> area of the building is required. One (1) parking space for <br /> each five hundred (500) square feet of shop area is required. <br /> h. The proposed building shall be set back 20 feet from the front <br /> property line determined after the dedication required by the <br /> Department of Public Works. <br /> 2.
