CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL ; <br /> SA-91-23 <br /> PAGE FOUR <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> b. Construct an individual sewage disposal system under a permit <br /> and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the <br /> time of development. The disposal system proposed use <br /> designed for a maximum of 85 employees. <br /> 1. 2400 Gallons of septic tank <br /> 2 . 300 feet of leach line <br /> 3 . (3) 48 inch seepage pits <br /> C. All sinks and drains within the laboratories shall drain to a <br /> separate collection system which consist of an above ground <br /> tank with secondary containment. <br /> d. State on revised plans or improvements plans the maximum <br /> number of employees the sewage disposal system is being <br /> designed for and that the leach field area will be barricaded <br /> so it cannot be driven over, parked on or used as a storage <br /> area. This leach field area must be used for that specific <br /> propose only and cannot contain any underground utility lines. <br /> Show a 100% expansion sewage disposal area. Include on the <br /> improvement plan the laboratory drainage system description <br /> which is approved by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> 3 . The proposed above ground holding tank for the laboratories <br /> waste cannot be located over the proposed sewage disposal <br /> system or in the expansion area. <br /> 4 . Restrooms are to be posted with signs that read "not for <br /> disposal of laboratory waste" . <br /> 4 . BUILDING DIVISION <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed have been identified as pertinent <br /> to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also apply. <br /> Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br />
