(Development Title Section 9-1015.5[d]) <br /> (5) All parking stalls and directional arrows must be delineated with paint (Development Title <br /> Section.9-1015.5[d] <br /> (6) A minimum of five-(5) bicycle parking racks or storage devices shall be provided. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.7) <br /> e. LIGHTING: Lighting shall comply with the following: <br /> (1) Parking lot and security lighting shall be installed according to the standards set forth in <br /> Section 9-1015.5 of the Development Title. <br /> (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the <br /> property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, that <br /> such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[d][4] <br /> f. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) Landscape plans shall be submitted with the Site Plans. <br /> (2) All areas requiring landscaping shall conform to Section 9-1020 of the Development Title. <br /> The parking area shall be provided with a minimum of five percent(5%) of landscaping within <br /> the perimeter of the parking area, not including landscaping along the street frontage. A <br /> minimum of eighteen (18)trees shall be planted and evenly spaced throughout the parking <br /> lot. (Development Title Section 9-1020.5) <br /> (3) The area between the proposed church building and the eastern property shall be densely <br /> landscaped. <br /> (4) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, and walkways,approved outdoor storage <br /> areas or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. At a minimum, a ten-foot-wide <br /> planting strip is required along adjacent streets. The strip shall be continuous except where <br /> crossed by driveways and walkways. (Development Title Section 9-1020.7) <br /> g. FENCING: Fencing shall comply with the following: <br /> (1) All fencing shall comply with Development Code Section 9-1022. <br /> (2) No solid fencing exceeding three(3)feet in height shall be permitted in the front or street side <br /> yard setback. <br /> h. BUILDING INSPECTION:(Staff Contact:Jerry Herzick,460-3120) <br /> (1) A one-hour firewall may be required between the new building and the existing building where <br /> the separation is less than 40 feet <br /> 2. WOODBRIDGE FIRE DISTRICT(Staff Contact: Chief Mike Kirkle,369-1945,or Steve Dalton,468- <br /> 2229) <br /> a. The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance Code requirements will be <br /> applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to the Community <br /> Development Department for a building permit <br /> Conditions of Approval -2- UP-00-23 <br />
