March 25,2005 <br /> NOA Project Number: E05003A <br /> 3.2 Past On-Site Sources of Contamination <br /> No potential above- or below-ground on-site potential or known sources of contamination were <br /> identified from past uses of the site, except for the following: <br /> • Agricultural chemicals,including fenpropathrin,have been applied to the subject property. / <br /> • Two above-ground diesel tanks have been located on the subject property. `�'Z) <br /> 3.3 Current On-Site Sources of Contamination <br /> No above-or below-ground on-site potential or known sources of contamination were identified from <br /> current uses of the site, except for the following: <br /> • A 1,000-gallon diesel tank and several diesel pumps are located on the subject property. <br /> Staining to concrete was observed beneath the diesel pumps. <br /> • Chemical buckets and jugs were observed on the property near the shed, near the pumping <br /> station, and near a tree on the western property line. Several of the buckets were filled with <br /> unknown liquids or appeared to have oil on their lids. <br /> • Staining to concrete was observed at the northern irrigation well. An open pipe was observed 3.3 <br /> at the southern irrigation well. <br /> • The floor of the shed was stained in several places. Sacks of chemicals were spilled on the floor <br /> Of <br /> the shed, A small stain to gravel was observed near the door of the shed. <br /> • Two inoperable vehicles are located at the southeast corner of the property. <br /> • An underground natural gas pipeline may be located along the western property boundary. <br /> 3.4 Past Off-Site Sources of Contamination <br /> No above-or below-ground potential or known sources of contamination to the subject property were J,J <br /> identified from past uses of surrounding properties. <br /> 3.5 Current Off-Site Sources of Contamination <br /> No above-or below-ground potential or known sources of contamination to the subject property were <br /> identified from current uses of the surrounding properties, except for the following: <br /> • The Wildwood Liquefier is located adjacent to the west of the subject property.
