This is a repeat violation, Class II.This is a repeat violation, Class IL <br /> 608 CCR 66266.130 Failed to properly manage used oil and fuel filters. <br /> Two buckets of used oil filters were not closed and had no start date of accumulation, and are therefore considered to <br /> be stored longer than one year. Used oil filters shall be drained of free-flowing oil, stored in a closed, rainproof <br /> container, labeled as"drained used oil filters," and marked with an accumulation start date. Facilities that generate up <br /> to one ton of used oil filters per year may store the filters up to one year. Facilities that generate one ton or more of <br /> used oil filters may store the filters for up to 180 days. Immediately recycle these filters under a bill of lading and submit <br /> a copy of the bill of lading to the EHD, and ensure that all used oil filters are managed in this way. This is a repeat <br /> violation, Class Il. <br /> 704 CCR 66273.33(b) Failed to properly manage universal waste lamps. <br /> Five boxes of universal waste lamps were not closed, one open plastic box of lamps had no date of accumulation, and <br /> one bucket of lamps had an accumulation start date of 12/3/13. Universal waste lamps shall be stored in a manner that <br /> prevents breakage and release to the environment. All broken universal waste lamps and releases shall be <br /> immediately cleaned and containerized. Immediately store all universal waste lamps in a manner that prevents <br /> breakage and release to the environment, dispose of the lamps, and submit a copy of the disposal record to EHD. This <br /> is a repeat violation, Class ll. <br /> 706 CCR 66273.33.5 Failed to properly manage universal waste electronic devices, CRTs or CRT glass. <br /> Three palettes and one wired-box of electronic/computer waste, spent lead batteries (for computers), and 2 CRTs were <br /> not stored in a container and had no accumulation start date. Universal waste electronic devices, CRTs and CRT glass <br /> shall be stored in a manner that prevents breakage and release to the environment. All broken universal waste <br /> electronic devices, CRTs, and CRT glass and releases shall be immediately cleaned and containerized. Immediately <br /> store all universal waste electronic devices, CRTs, and CRT glass in a manner that prevents breakage and release to <br /> the environment, and dispose of them in accordance to Universal Waste Rule.
