employees are to remain at the muster point until further direction is
given. By no means is the employee to leave the muster area or return
to their work area until an "All Clear" is given to the group by one of the
Evacuation Directors.
2. All employees are trained in safe evacuation procedures, and refresher
training is conducted whenever the employee's responsibilities or
designated actions under this plan change. In addition, the employer
must review with each employee, upon initial assignment, the parts of
the plan, which the employee must know to protect the employee in the
event of an emergency.
3. The training includes use of floor plans and workplace maps which
clearly show the emergency escape routes included in the Emergency
Action Plan. Color-coding aids employees in determining their route
assignments. These floor plans and maps are available and posted in
multiple areas of the facility to provide guidance in an emergency.
4. Employee's operating moving equipment are to stop by the quickest
means en route to their assigned location. Anyone operating a forklift
should park it off to the side immediately.
5. Muster Points are listed below and are marked outside with a green
and white sign indicating "Evacuation Assembly Point". Pictures are
attached under Appendix C
In Building A (Main — Administration and Arena) there are 2 Muster
Points. One is directly outside the Northern end (near Arbitration) of
the building. The other is outside of the Southern end (near Dealer
Sales) of the building.
In Building B (Operations) the Muster Point is at the Northwest end of
the building; across the driveway near the modular trailer.
In Building C (Technology Bldg.) the Muster Point is located on the
Southeast side of the building.
In Building D (Recon Bldg.) the Muster Point is located on the
Southeast side of the building, outside of the break room.
All Muster Points are located away from the buildings and away from
harm. Employees are instructed to move away from the building
promptly and directly to the Muster Point.
6
