� AMBRIA <br /> PREVIOUS WORK <br /> Several environmental investigations have been performed at the subject site A brief history of <br /> these investigations is presented in Cambria's August 14, 2003 Site Conceptual Model and <br /> December 16, 2004 Site Investigation Report, Site Conceptual Model Update, Interim <br /> Remediation Report <br /> Quarterly Groundwater Monitoring: There are six shallow groundwater monitoring wells and <br /> four deeper zone groundwater monitoring wells onsite They are monitored on a quarterly basis <br /> Current Investigation The purpose of this investigation was to assess soil and groundwater <br /> conditions north of the subject site The results of this investigation are presented below <br /> INVESTIGATION RESULTS <br /> Personnel Present. Cambria geologist John Gerbrandt directed the field activities, <br /> working under the supervision of California Professional <br /> Geologist roe Neely <br /> Permit: EHD staff issued well permit no 0044440 (Appendix A) for <br /> advancing borings SB-26 and SB-27 <br /> Drilling Company. Gregg In Situ, Inc of Martinez, California (C57 License No <br /> 656407) <br /> Drilling Dates. November 1-4,2005 <br /> Drilling Method: Cone Penetration Test(CPT) <br /> Sampling Methods: Soil samples were collected from borings SB-26 and SB-27 <br /> The soil samples were collected at depths of approximately 10, <br /> 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, and 70 fbg using direct push sampling <br /> equipment <br /> i <br /> Discrete groundwater samples were collected from the CPT <br /> borings for cheirncal analyses using HydropunchT�4 equipment <br /> The samples were collected from boring SB-26 at a depth of <br /> 0797 2 <br />
