Particulates shall be measured concurrently with the performance tests <br /> in item (4) by EPA methods 1-5. - <br /> 6. A Test Report shall be submitted within 60 days of completion of the <br /> demonstration test. This report -slaall contain all of the performance <br /> tests, operating conditions, calibrations of instruments, and all <br /> significant events which could have influenced the performance of the <br /> facility. The test report shall be submitted as a draft report, subject <br /> to DHS review, before finalizing. <br /> 7. A baseline performance test also shall be performed on uncontaminated <br /> soil. The baseline test shall be performed for a minimum period of 4 <br /> continuous hours operation under normal operating conditions of CBC. <br /> 8. Calibration of monitors described in items C. 3, 4, 5, and 6 shall occur <br /> before and after each sampling period. <br /> E. Other Conditions <br /> 1. All Federal, state, or local statutes, regulations, ordinances, <br /> requirements, or limitations that are applicable to your project shall _ <br /> be followed. All requirements and limitations of the permits issued by <br /> the San Joaquin County Air Pollution Control District, Central Valley <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board, San Joaquin County Local Health <br /> District, and the City of Stockton Planning Department shall be met <br /> during the proposed site remediation project. <br /> 2. The Health and Safety Plan dated July 1988 must be implemented and <br /> followed. <br /> 3. A monthly report shall be submitted to the below listed Sections of DHS <br /> no later .than the 15th day of the following month that summarizes the <br /> monitoring data listed in Section C of this variance, including <br /> calibrations, continuous monitoring data, and significant events at the <br /> facility.
