I thought the bench scale tests were already being done! In your email dated April <br /> 12, 2010 you indicated as much to me. <br /> Bench scale testing was proposed by you in the March 5, 2010 Updated CAP , we had a meeting to discuss it, and <br /> we approved it in our letter of March 29 , 2010 . If you have not started bench scale tests , I do not understand the <br /> delay. But DO NOT submit another work plan asking to do bench scale tests. <br /> If you did not get enough information to design the final system from the two soil borings you completed, then you <br /> need to remobilize to the site and finish the scope of work. DO NOT submit another work plan , just get out there <br /> and finish the work. If you need to do additional borings, beyond the one you never completed , then send a <br /> revised map , and schedule the work . The permit for Fast-Tek is open and good until April 1 , 2011 . <br /> The only report I expect or want to see should include the results of the bench scale tests, it should not simply <br /> be reporting the results of the soil borings/lithology. DO NOT send me any interim reports, or reports that do not <br /> include the results of bench scale testing . <br /> I'm not happy about this Aaron , not happy at all . I was at the meeting, I heard Jim Jacobs tell Mr. Barnes he would <br /> have his site closed in a year, and now you tell me bench scale tests have not been done?
