The "guys" then
responded that they owned the wells and were just doing what they were told . At that Mr. Barnes told them that if
they owned the wells, then they must own the property and therefore this mess was their fault, to which they
promptly left the site. I believe he got their name and number but needs to look for it.
In the meantime I was wondering if either the County or the RWQCB complete random checks like this ?
I did take a look at Geotracker to see if there were any sites nearby that may be confused as to where their wells
are, or maybe they needed to determine the groundwater flow and gradient (though it specifies that in our reports)
and didn't think to contact us or the property owner for permission .
Any thoughts?
Jessica
Jessica Moreno
Project Manager
Clearwater Group
229 Tewksbury Avenue
Point Richmond , CA 94801
Tel : (510) 590 -1096
Fax : (510) 232-2823
www.clearwateraroup com
NOTICE - This communication may contain confidentialand privileged information that is for the sole use of the intended recipient.
Any viewing, copying or distribution of, or reliance on this message by unintended recipients is strictly prohibited.
