LW SENSITIVE RECEPTOR SURVEY r '-" On October 25, 2004, Kleinfelder conducted a sensitive receptor drive-by reconnaissance within 2,000 feet of the site. Six potential sensitive receptors were observed. • Two parks were located within 1,000 feet of the site. o El Pescadero Park was located approximately 1,000 feet northwest of the site at Grantline Road and Parker Avenue. The park was approximately the same OWL elevation as the subject site. o Tracy Ball Park was located approximately 1,000 feet southwest of the site at the corner of Tracy Boulevard and 23rd Avenue. The park was approximately 10 feet i"' higher in elevation compared to the subject site. • Two schools were located within 1,600 feet of the site. %W o North Elementary School was located approximately 1,600 feet northeast of the - site at 2820 Holly Drive. The school was approximately the same elevation as the subject site. o Duncan Russell High School was located approximately 1,500 feet southeast of the site at 164 W. Grantline Road. The school was approximately 5-10 feet higher in elevation compared to the site. • Two Senior Citizen facilities were located within 200 feet of the site. -"� o Heritage Place was located adjacent and east of the site at 355 West Grantline Road. The facility was approximately the same elevation as the subject site. o New Hope Care Center was located approximately 200 feet north of the site at 2586 Buthmann Avenue. The facility was approximately the same elevation as the subject site. Plate 2 shows the approximate 500-foot and 2,000-foot survey radius, the location of the site, and the approximate locations of the six potential sensitive receptors. 4 500-FOOT PHYSICAL RECEPTOR SURVEY On October 25, 2004, Kleinfelder conducted a physical search for wells and sensitive receptors within a 500-foot radius of subject site. The only wells noted within the 500-foot radius were the r four monitoring wells installed on the subject site. During the physical search of the surrounding area it appeared most commercial and residential structures received water by means of a public �' water supply and water mains were noted throughout the area. Outside the 500-foot perimeter several monitoring wells were noted associated with two gas stations located west-southwest of the subject site. No canals, streams, lakes or surface water bodies were noted during this 500- foot radius survey. w DWR WELL LOG FILE SEARCH 1%.1 DWR well logs are located using the Public Land Survey System (i.e. Township, Range, and Section).
