No additional development is proposed for <br /> the property. <br /> 1.3. PARCEL VICINITY LOCATION MAP <br /> San Joaquin County Assessor's Map Book 193 Page 22 depicts the site parcel (APN 193- <br /> 220-68) on the southeast portion of the page. The parcel is bordered to the west by South <br /> Priest Road followed by agricultural property (193-220-20); to the east by vacant property <br /> (193-220-65); to the north by vacant property (193-220-67); and to the south by single- <br /> family residential properties (193-290-01, -02, and -03). The parcel vicinity map and a <br /> satellite overview map are included in Appendix A. <br /> 1.4. SITE MAP <br /> A plan of the specific site features (i.e., structures, drives, wells, septic systems, large <br /> trees, pastures, etc.) is illustrated in Figure 2. <br /> 2.0. PRESENT AND PAST USAGE OF SITE <br /> The subject property is currently vacant with no structures. According to the property <br /> owner, the site has always been vacant and historically used for light agriculture. The <br /> property is situated in the southeastern area of French Camp, California. <br /> 2.1 POTENTIAL SITE PROBLEM ASSESSMENT <br /> There is currently no potable water source providing water to the property. A domestic <br /> water well is planned to be installed at the site to provide water to the property and the <br /> proposed residence. The well will be located a minimum of 100 feet from the proposed <br /> septic system, following San Joaquin County WITS Standards. <br /> 3.0. EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> There are no existing septic systems at the subject property. <br /> The proposed septic system and leach field is planned to be installed in the western <br /> portion of the property (Figure 2). The proposed septic system will consist of a 1,600- <br /> gallon septic tank with two compartments, and four 100-foot long leach lines. The septic <br /> system will be connected to the four-bedroom residence planned to be developed on the <br /> property and will be utilized 365 days a year. <br />
