SITE SEPTIC PERMIT HISTORY There are no septic or liquid waste water permits on file at the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD). 3.3. ON-SITE SEPTIC TANK REPAIR HISTORY There are no septic or liquid waste water repair permits on file at the EHD. 3.4. EXISTING SEPTIC TANK USAGE IN THE GENERAL AREA Neighboring properties are zoned for residential and agricultural land use. The adjacent properties to the south and southwest are residential; the adjacent properties to the north and east are vacant; and the property to the west, beyond South Priest Road, is agricultural.
