v ) The site shall provide secure bicycle facilities , consisting of bicycle lockers or racks as <br /> appropriate , free of charge to all employees . Bicycle parking rack or storage device shall be <br /> provided at a rate of five ( 5 ) spaces per building complex plus one ( 1 ) space for every fifteen <br /> ( 15 ) automobile parking spaces . ( Development Title Section 9 - 1015 . 7M ) <br /> vi ) Truck Parking and Loading : The requirements for truck parking and loading shall be as provided <br /> in the Development Title , with the following modification : <br /> ( 1 ) Areas for receiving and loading of material on the premises of commercial and industrial uses <br /> shall be located away from the public street to which the use is oriented . ( Development Title <br /> Section 9 - 1015 . 6M ) <br /> ( 2 ) All screening requirements for truck docks or loading shall be adhered to as required in <br /> Chapter Three of the Mountain House Commercial , Office , Industrial and Design Manual . <br /> Timing : Prior to the approval or issuance of the Building Permits . <br /> h ) FENCING AND PRIVACY WALLS : Fencing and Privacy Walls shall be provided and comply with the <br /> following : <br /> i ) Site perimeter , screening , and area fencing shall be consistent with the Mountain House <br /> Commercial , Office and Industrial Design Manual . ( Chap . 3 ) <br /> Timing : Prior to the approval or issuance of the Building Permits . <br /> i ) SERVICE AREAS : Service Areas shall be provided and comply with the following : <br /> i ) All service , trash , storage areas , and utility equipment shall be screened from public view utilizing <br /> a combination of planting and architectural elements that are consistent with the project <br /> architecture . ( Mountain House Commercial , Office and Industrial Design Manual , Chap . 3 , Pg . 21 ) <br /> ii ) Walls used for screening shall be a minimum of six inches higher than the item/area being <br /> screened . ( Mountain House Commercial , Office and Industrial Design Manual . , Chap . 3 , Pg . 21 ) <br /> iii ) Refuse collection and storage shall be located to the rear and sides of buildings , covered with a <br /> roof, and sized to contain all refuse generated on site between collections . All refuse collection <br /> areas shall not be located adjacent to a Major Arterial or Collector Street . ( Mountain House <br /> Commercial , Office and Industrial Design Manual . , Chap . 3 .21 ) <br /> Timing : Prior to the approval or issuance of the Building Permits . <br /> j ) ACCESS AND CIRCULATION : The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the Site <br /> Plan . <br /> i ) Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-four ( 24 ) feet for two -way aisles and <br /> sixteen ( 16 ) feet for one -way aisles , except that in no case shall driveways designated as fire <br /> department access be less than twenty ( 20 ) feet wide .
