DWR requests the lead agency make available to the <br /> public for review and comment, the San Joaquin County Department of Public Works letter <br /> and any supporting documents that are the basis for the conclusion that the transportation <br /> impacts are less than significant, especially the impacts to Hansen bridge and its <br /> approaches. <br /> If an analysis of the proposed project's impacts to DWR's Hansen bridge and its approaches, <br /> DWR requests a study be conducted of Hansen bridge's capacity to carry the proposed <br /> project's additional truck traffic. If the study's report recommends improvements or upgrades <br /> to the bridge to accommodate the proposed project's traffic, DWR requests the <br /> recommended improvements or upgrades be incorporated into the MND as a transportation <br /> mitigation measures, and the site approval application be conditioned upon upgrading or <br /> improving the bridge as described in the report. Additional DWR conditions for the use of <br /> Hansen bridge may include use fees.
