A third monitoring well must be installed <br /> downgradient from the tank excavation. As mentioned in our October <br /> 250, 1990 letter, the PAR will address the areal extent of <br /> groundwater contamination, verification of the water table gradient <br /> and regional aquifer gradient, and a minimum of two consecutive <br /> rounds of water quality sampling.
