Soil <br /> disposal- analytical data and Manley's disposal confirmation <br /> Wig.c-,_ sheet are included in Appendix D. <br /> Well Materials: Wells MW-5 through MW-7 were constructed Using 2-inch <br /> diameter Schedule 40 PVC casing with a screen slot size of <br /> 0.020-inch and 02!12 Monterey sand. <br /> Screened Interval: Wells MW-5 and MW-6 were screened from 10 to 25 fbg. Well <br /> MW-7 was screened from 5 to 20 fbg. Monitoring well <br /> construction details are presented on Table i'and recorded on the <br /> exploratory boring logs(Appendix B). <br /> Well Development/Sampling: Blaine Tech Services, Inc. (Blaine) of San Jose, California <br /> developed and purged wells MW-5 through MW-7 on.March 25, <br /> 2005 using surge block agitation and pump evacuation. The <br /> wells will be sampled along with the existing site monitoring <br /> wells during the next quarterly sampling event. Blaine's well. <br /> development field sheets are presented as Appendix E. <br /> Chemical Analyses: Selected .soil samples from wells MW-5 through MW-7 and <br /> selected soil and grab groundwater samples from.boring SB-1 <br /> were analyzed at a California certified environmental laboratory <br /> for TPH.g,BTEX,MTBE,and TBA by EPA Method 8260B. <br /> Wellhead Survey: Virgil Chavez Land Surveying of Vallejo, California (licensed <br /> land surveyor No. 6323), surveyed the latitude and longitude of <br /> wells MW-5, MW-6, and MW-7 and their elevations relative to <br /> mean-sea level (ms]) on April 7,2005. This. survey was <br /> performed to comply with the State of California Geotracker <br /> requirements. The surveyor's report'is included in Appendix F. <br /> Groundwater Elevations: Static groundwater elevations gauged by:Blaine on March 25, <br /> 2005 ranged from 13.53 to 14.07 feet above msl. <br /> 1661 5 <br />
