Blaine's well. <br /> development field sheets are presented as Appendix E. <br /> Chemical Analyses: Selected .soil samples from wells MW-5 through MW-7 and <br /> selected soil and grab groundwater samples from.boring SB-1 <br /> were analyzed at a California certified environmental laboratory <br /> for TPH.g,BTEX,MTBE,and TBA by EPA Method 8260B. <br /> Wellhead Survey: Virgil Chavez Land Surveying of Vallejo, California (licensed <br /> land surveyor No. 6323), surveyed the latitude and longitude of <br /> wells MW-5, MW-6, and MW-7 and their elevations relative to <br /> mean-sea level (ms]) on April 7,2005. This. survey was <br /> performed to comply with the State of California Geotracker <br /> requirements. The surveyor's report'is included in Appendix F. <br /> Groundwater Elevations: Static groundwater elevations gauged by:Blaine on March 25, <br /> 2005 ranged from 13.53 to 14.07 feet above msl. <br /> 1661 5 <br />
