S"614 <br /> Phase II - Upon completing the processing of the initial 300 <br /> cubic yards of contaminated material associated with <br /> initiation of Phase II ( not including Phase I processing <br /> volume), one laboratory analysis will be performed by a <br /> certified laboratory. Thereafter, a laboratory analysis <br /> shall be performed on material processed at the end of each <br /> 900 cubic yard process run until all stockpiled contaminated <br /> material is proceased- <br /> In addition to the sampling and laboratory analycia <br /> described above, Draeger air sampling equipment will be used <br /> to sample TPH emissions. Draeger samples will be taken from <br /> material upon completion of each 100 cubic yard run as Phase <br /> 11 material is processed. The carbon canister will be <br /> sampled at the end of each day _ueing Draeger equipment. <br /> The reaulte of all Draeger sampling will be logged and the <br /> sampling documentation will be available at the fob site for <br /> review and evaluation by agency personnel, Telic personnel, <br /> and employees of Magnolia Environmental Services. <br /> PROPOSED COST <br /> The proposed contract price .for performing Phase I work is <br /> per cubic yard which is applicable to all soils <br /> treated to acceptable levels as specified above. <br /> The proposed prioe for performing Phase II work (addition of <br /> carbon canisters) shall be a lump sum price of <br /> ( ') which shall include any sums <br /> payable ;for work performed during Phase I. <br /> EXCLUSIONS: <br /> ( 1 ) THE COST OF SOIL SAMPLING AND/OR LABORATORY ANALYSIS <br /> OTHER THAN SPECIFIED ABOVE SHALL, BE PAID BY OTHERS. <br /> (2) POWER (MAXIMUM REQUIREMENT OF 440 VOLTS, 3 PHASE) <br /> TO BE SUPPLIED BY OTHERS. <br /> ( 3 ) ALL EARTH MOVING AND LOADING EQUIPMENT NECESSARY TO <br /> SUPPLY AUGER SYSTEM BY OTHERS (MINIMUM REQUIREMENT 150 <br /> CUBIC YARDS PER DAY - MAXIMUM ESTIMATED REQUIREMENT 500 <br /> CUBIC YARDS PER DAY) . <br /> (4 ) ALL BACKFILL AND COMPACTION BY OTHERS, MAGNOLIA WILL, <br /> ON A BEST EFFORTS BASIS, DISCHARGE ALL TREATED SOILS <br /> INTO, OR AS CLOSE AS POSSIBLE TO, THE EXCAVATION IN <br /> ORDER TO ACCOMMODATE TELIC'S BACKFILL OPERATION. <br />
