Woodward-Clyde <br /> 3.0 <br /> QUALITY ASSURANCE/QUALITY CONTROL (QA/QC) <br /> Field samples will be collected in accordance with the standard field investigation and <br /> sampling procedures included in Appendix B. The following field Quality Control (QC) <br /> L samples will be submitted for laboratory analysis: <br /> L • blind duplicate <br /> • equipment blank <br /> Samples will be transported.to the laboratory within 48 hours of collection by project <br /> personnel. Individual chain-of-custody forms will provide an accurate written record which <br /> can be used to trace the possession and holding of samples from the time of collection <br /> through data analysis and reporting. In addition to the chain-of-custody forms discussed <br /> L above, field logbooks will also be used to document data collection activities. <br /> LThe field and laboratory data collected for the study will be reviewed for precision, 4 <br /> accuracy, and completeness in accordance with the Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan <br /> L` prepared for the FEMA tank removal activities (see Appendix C) to assure that data of <br /> satisfactory quality are used for interpretation.
