The two borings in the center,of the former tank will be installed to a depth necessary <br /> to collect two consecutive soil samples of noxi-detect by field indication. One boring <br /> will be converted to MkV-7 screened from 30 to 35 feet bsg. <br /> 3. Increase number of shallow borings from 10 to up to 18 in a grid pattern depending on <br /> field indications. <br /> 4. Resurvey all old wells and new wells.. <br /> COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS <br /> 1. Provide a properly calibrated flame ionization detector(FID) for field detection of <br /> diesel. Photo-ionization detectors may be inadequate for detection of diesel and other <br /> long chain hydrocarbons. f <br /> 2. Submit 589 fee and well boring permit application befJre scheduling work. <br /> 3. Schedule work at least 48 hours in advance. <br /> 4. Selection of all samples to be submitted for laboratory analyses must include San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department comment and agreement. <br /> 5.
