The report will document field activities and.will include, but-ndt-be limited to, a scaled site plan, boring logs, well construction details, tabulated analytical summaries, and a discussion of results. In addition, the report will document any modifications from the approved plan. Task 413: Bench-Scale Test Report and Work Plan for 03 Pilot Test Stratus will prepare and .submit a report to- SJCEHD that will document the findings of the bench-scale testing within 60 days. following the completion of the 03 bench-scale testing. Depending upon the outcome of the test (i.e. if adverse 'effects-heed to be-evaluated for' attenuation potential), the bench-scale.test could require up to 150-days to complete. The bench scale test report, at a minimum, will include details on laboratory procedures, tabulated,analytical results, and a discussion of the results. If appropriate; this report will also propose the performance of a pilot-scale field test for 03 injection at the site. z.
