<br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has reviewed the
<br /> historical laboratory analytical results for groundwater samples collected during the last
<br /> several years at the above-referenced site. Currently all eight monitoring wells are monitored
<br /> quarterly for depth-to-water measurements; and four monitoring wells are sampled quarterly
<br /> and groundwater samples are analyzed for total petroleum hydrocarbons quantified as
<br /> gasoline (TPH-g); benzene, toluene, ethyl benzene, and total xylenes (BTEX); methyl
<br /> tertiary-butyl ether (MTBE), ethyl tertiary-butyl ether (ETBE), tertiary-amyl methyl ether
<br /> (TAME), tertiary butyl alcohol (TBA) and di-isopropyl ether(DIPE).
<br /> The EHD approves a reduction in sampling frequency as requested by ATC Associates Inc.
<br /> by email on April 23, 2008. The EHD directs depth-to-water measurements be taken semi-
<br /> annually for all eight monitoring wells; and groundwater be collected from monitoring wells
<br /> MWAR, MW-2, MW-4, and MW-5 semi-annually instead of quarterly, Analyze
<br /> groundwater samples collected from MW-1R for MTBE; analyze groundwater samples
<br /> collected from MW-2 and MW-4 for TPH-g, BTEX, and MTBE; and analyze groundwater
<br /> samples collected from MW-5 for TPH-g, MTBE, TBA, and TAME.
