The applicable requirements under CAC Title 8, Section 52I6 (which are <br /> available for review at the ExceItech Fremont office) will be observed. <br /> 4• SAFETWORIENTATION TRAINING <br /> Field personnel from Exceltech, its subcontractors, and other site visitors <br /> briefed on this site safety plan. They will be required to read the plan and signba <br /> statement acknowledging their review and agreement to comply with its requirements. <br /> 1 <br /> 5• HAZARD ASSESSMENT <br /> The possible major hazards to be encountered on the site are: <br /> • Hydrocarbon vapors. <br /> Slight flammability of the above-mentioned vapors. <br /> -- Loud equipment noises. <br /> Wet and slippery surfaces. <br /> a Heavy equipment operations. <br /> i Open excavations and cave-ins. <br /> Working w*!h basic construction tools. <br /> Inhalation and dermal contact will be the potential exposure pathways of concern. <br /> Jt( J Protective clothing, including coverall <br /> r i <br /> � g s, steel-toed boots, and gloves, will be mandatory <br /> 4 for all field personnel.
