We initially proposed this work to the Water Board in a Tech Memo with no issues. Therefore
it is unlikely the Water Board will request any changes to this version.
I have additionally attached a figure that shows the wells we are hoping to place bollards around (we did
not put this in the workplan as the Water Board has no opinion on this and in case property owners had
concerns with the bollards). This is due to the fact a few wells have been covered or destroyed in recent
years. Please let us know if the Port has any issues with placing bollards around the wells on their
property. We are more than happy to accommodate requests if there are any concerns.
Also attached are the access agreement, the letter Jeff Wingfield provided in 2006 as an
acknowledgement of the additional work performed then, and plat maps for these parcels.
Port property area where work is proposed to be performed include:
8/23/2010
