The Improvement Plan shall show all structures on the property <br /> and the exact location of the existing sewage disposal system <br /> in relation to the ponds. <br /> b. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division as follows: <br /> 1) The irrigation well must be sealed at the base of the <br /> pump. <br /> C. The domestic well never had the pump installed and is not <br /> properly sealed. Install or seal the well and obtain a permit <br /> for an out of service well. <br /> 3. BUILDING DIVISION <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a grading <br /> permit issued by the building Inspection Division prior to <br /> performing any excavation or filling of earth material . <br /> 1) A grading plan shall contain the information listed in <br /> the U.B.C. , Appendix, Chapter 70, Section 7006 (1) . <br /> 2) The grading plan shall include complete drainage detail <br /> and elevations on the adjacent parcels. Retaining wall <br /> details shall be submitted where applicable. <br /> 3) Subdivision grading in excess of 5, 000 cubic yards shall <br /> comply with Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading <br /> Requirements" . <br /> 4) All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be <br /> incorporated in the grading plans. <br /> 5) All compaction reports must be submitted prior to a <br /> foundation inspection. <br /> 6) All grading permits are subject to approval by the other <br /> departments. <br />
