A letter of transmittal, dated January 19, 1990,: <br /> c requesting the well drillers reports is attached. <br /> f REQUIREMENT 2:: Confirmation sampling of all wells within the 500-foot radius <br /> should be performed immediately. <br /> If contamination is found to be present in any of the off-site <br /> and/or on-site wells sampled, additional, sampling may be <br /> required by PHS-EHD and Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> 1 (RWQCB). <br /> The results of this sampling. along with:a.proposal for ground- <br /> water investigation should be submitted :to PHS-EHD by March <br /> 15, 1990,. <br /> RESPONSE.: SGD collected ground water samples from all. four) existing <br /> domestic and irrigation water wells within. a 500-.:foot radius <br /> of :the removed UST on January 9, 1990: A detailed account of <br /> :sampling procedures and observations was documented by SGD in <br /> the previously mentioned report dated February 14, 109.Q.. <br />
