Drainage <br /> The site slopes gently towards the west and southwest Rainwater at the site flows into storm <br /> drains located in the curb area on the west of the site Rainwater that falls on the area east of the <br /> truck pumps and south of the station building flow to a storm drain situated in the southeast of <br /> the site, near the aboveground diesel tanks The nearest surface water appears to be a small, <br /> unnamed drainage canal, located approximately 900 feet due west of the site The San Joaquin <br /> River is situated approximately one mile west of the station <br /> Meteorological Data <br /> A California DVWR weather station in Manteca, California (Station #70), reported an average <br /> annual air temperature of 59 7 degrees Fahrenheit, an average annual soil temperature of 61 1 <br /> degrees Fahrenheit, 8 78 inches of precipitation, and 51 60 inches of evapotranspiration potential <br /> between July 1, 2002, and Jun 30, 2003 Meteorological data was obtained from the California <br /> Irrigation Management Information System website (http//www clmxs water ca gov/) <br /> 2.3 Utilities <br /> Electrical, natural gas, municipal/public water, storm and sanitary sewer, and telephone services <br /> are delivered to the site via subsurface routes (Figure 4) There are no on-site septic or water <br /> disposal systems operated at this site A previous septic system was in operation along the <br /> northern boundary of the site prior to site renovation activities in 1998 (Figure 3) <br /> P Voe's Truck Plaza\Reports\SCM_09-20031Jocs truck plaza SCM doc Page 4 5TRATU5 <br />
