7.0 Review and Approval <br /> The Engineer shall review and approve with reasonable promptness <br /> compliance of materials and methods with the Technical Specifi- <br /> cations. Such review and approval shall not relieve the Contractor <br /> from responsibility for any deviation from the Technical Speci- <br /> fication. <br /> 8.0 Qualification of Contractor <br /> The Contractor shall employ only competent workmen for the execution <br /> of this work, and all such work shall be performed under the direct <br /> supervision of an experienced driller satisfactory to the Engineer. <br /> All personnel employed by Contractor shall be acceptable to the <br /> Engineer and the Owner. <br /> Contractor must maintain Comprehensive General Liability insurance <br /> while conducting this work. The Contractor will submit with the <br /> cost proposal certification evidencing that liability insurance is <br /> currently maintained and will be maintained during the period of <br /> this work. <br /> 9.0 Records <br /> During the drilling of each well and boring, a daily driller's <br /> report shall be maintained. This report shall describe the number <br /> of feet drilled, tallies of casings installed, number of drive <br /> samples collected, time on the job, time on site versus off site, <br /> and other pertinent data requested by the Engineer or Owner. <br /> 10.0 Changes in Quantity of work <br /> The Engineer and Owner reserves the right to change the number <br /> and/or depth of wells to be completed under this Project. <br /> 3 <br /> 1130.3:14 <br />
