finishing the well. All waste shall be disposed of in a prudent <br /> manner by the Contractor. Drilling mud and cuttings shall be <br /> maintained in an enclosed system and disposed of at the Owners <br /> facility. Contractor is responsible for the containment and <br /> transportation of cuttings and drilling mud. Contractor shall move <br /> out all equipment, personnel, and materials upon completion of the <br /> work. Payment for this item will be at the lump sum rate stated in <br /> Contractor's proposal. One half (1/2) of this lump sum may be <br /> invoiced when work is initiated, with the remainder to be invoiced <br /> upon completion and acceptance of the work and site clean-up by the <br /> Engineer and Owner. <br /> 23.0 Standby Time <br /> No standby time will be paid for delays due to inclement weather or <br /> delays caused by the Contractor. Standby time will be as directed <br /> and approved by the Engineer or Owner. In no case shall standby <br /> time plus other work time exceed eight (B) hours per day. Approved <br /> standby time will be paid at the rates noted in Contractor's <br /> proposal. <br /> 24.0 working Period <br /> The Contractor shall have the crews available for ten (10) hours per <br /> working day. Periods of work will consist of ten (10) days of work <br /> and four (4) days off. If Contractor desires to relocate crews to <br /> the project vicinity, a per diem subsistance charge should be <br /> included as a part of the drilling costs. <br /> 10 <br /> 1130.3:14 <br />
