In your response to <br /> Sections Viand VII of Form 200, include a technical report containing the information specified in the <br /> enclosed Technical Information Requirements. A consultant should be able to assist you with <br /> preparing a report that includes this information, and it must be signed by a registered Professional <br /> Geologist or Civil Engineer. Please contact us prior to submitting a RWD for more information about <br /> the filing fee. <br /> The RWD must consider all waste streams to be discharged to land that are subject to regulation by <br /> the State, including process wastewater, domestic wastewater, and commingled storm water, and <br /> provide a system (or systems) specifically designed to provide adequate treatment and disposal that <br /> protects water quality. If you already have a septic system permitted by the County, it can be used <br /> only for domestic-type wastewater. <br /> Destruction of Existing Groundwater Monitoring Wells <br /> The former facility owner constructed several groundwater monitoring wells to comply with the current <br /> WDRs. These wells should be properly destroyed under permit with the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department unless they will be needed to monitor groundwater quality for a <br /> future discharge at the site. By 30 September 2012, please inform us whether you plan to maintain <br /> the monitoring wells or have them destroyed. If you elect to destroy the wells, you must first submit a <br /> ,planworkplan registered approval Central Water <br /> delldestuction. <br /> Board staff.
