1968 Aerial Photograph. A review of the 1968 aerial photograph indicates the Site was <br /> vacant land. Two structures were noted adjacent and south of the Site and four small structures were <br /> noted north of 11"` Street. Road improvements include Corral Hollow Road, 11'h Street and Krohn <br /> Road. I Ph Street was noted as a divided four-lane road and Krohn Road was noted as a dirt road. An <br /> orchard and house were noted northeast of the intersecti on at 1 Ph Street and Corral Hollow Road and <br /> agricultural land was noted in the site vicinity. Railroad tracks were noted approximately 0.4 km <br /> (0.25 mile) north of the Site and an irrigation canal was noted approximately 0.4 km (0.25 mile) <br /> southeast of the Site. <br /> 1974 and 1979 Aerial Photographs. A review of the 1974 aerial photograph indicates that <br /> the Site was developed including the office, equipment building, gas house,material storage bins and <br /> sign shop and loading dock. The entrance to the Site w is on the east side of the Site from Corral <br /> I <br /> Hollow Road. The Site was paved with the exception of graveled areas in the western and southern <br /> portions and north and east of the office and equipment b lilding. Fuel pumps were noted north of the <br /> gas house. A graveled area was noted west of the office and equipment building. A water pump and <br /> pressure tank were noted southeast of the warehouse. Debris was noted between the warehouse and <br /> the material storage bins and southeast of the warehouse. Soil stockpiles were noted southeast of the <br /> warehouse. The scale of the 1979 aerial photograph did not allow detailed analysis with the <br /> exception of additional residential development noted no heart of the Site. A copy of the 1974 aerial <br /> photograph is presented on Figure 5. <br /> 1986 Aerial Photograph. Similar observationc, were noted as in the 1979 photograph. <br /> Surface stains were noted in the southeast portion of the Site. A copy of the 1986 aerial photograph <br /> is presented on Figure 6. <br /> 1992 Aerial Photograph. Review of the 1992 photograph indicates that an additional <br /> structure was noted in the western portion of the Site. A trailer was noted in the northeastern portion <br /> of the Site. Additional residential development was noted adjacent north and northwest of the Site. <br /> The property adjacent and east of the Site was noted to be under construction and additional <br /> residential development was noted east and southeast oft e Site. <br /> i <br /> 1996 and 1999 Aerial Photographs. Similar observations were noted as in the 1992 <br /> photograph. A service station and commercial structures were noted adjacent and east of the Site on <br /> the southeast corner of 11" Street and Corral Hollow Read. Sealand storage containers and a wood � <br /> storage shed were noted on the southern site boundary. A canopy and surface stains were noted on <br /> the southeastern portion of the Site. An emulsion AST and wood shed were noted south of the <br /> material storage bins. Debris was noted in the northwestern. portion of the Site.
