Although not requested, the permit allows an additional well on <br /> the east side of the street in the event you have a problem with the land <br /> owner north of the Arco station. <br /> As we discussed on the telephone, the monitoring well north of Well 12 <br /> should be deep enough or constructed with two casings so that groundwater + <br /> changes due to use of Well 12 will not dewater the well . <br /> Please be sure your driller contacts our Public Works Inspector, Gary <br /> Murdock, so exact placement, concrete removal and replacement, and traffic <br /> control are approved.
