-- Di Salvo-Lathrop MNVI Report
June 28, 1995
Page.6-
6.1 Results of Analyses - Soil
The soil sample collected from MW1 at approximately 12 feet bgs was selected for laboratory analyses
following measurement of the static water level in MW 1. The static water level on June 2, 1995, was
approximately 12 feet bgs. Laboratory analyses of the soil sample indicated no evidence of the hydrocarbon
constituents analyzed for at or above the reported laboratory detection limits. Additionally, field observations
and OVA measurements indicated no evidence of hydrocarbon contamination in the soil samples collected
from MW 1 at 1 1 and 13 feet bgs. Results of laboratory analyses are shown in Table A.
6.2 Results of Analyses - Groundwater
On June 8, 1995, one groundwater sample was collected from MWl for laboratory analyses.
Laboratory analyses of the groundwater sample detected diesel at a concentration of 0.40 mg/I. BTEX
constituents were not detected at or above the reported laboratory detection limits. Results of the laboratory
analyses of the groundwater samples are shown in Table A.
TABLE A
Results of Laboratory Analyses
Soil & Groundwater - June, 1995
TEPH
B T E X KeroseneDiesel Motor Oil
SOIL
Detection 5.0 5.0 5.0 5.0 1.0 1.0 10.0
Sample ID Limits.
