Soil Suitability/ Nitrate Loading Study Irerracon <br /> Jeremy Winery Lodi, CA <br /> May 7, 2019 Terracon Project No. NA197008 <br /> Terracon reviewed the USGS, Lockeford (1894, 1908, 1968, 1993) and Bellota (1942) California <br /> Quadrangle topographic maps, four historical aerial photographs dated 1937, 1952, 1963, and <br /> 1975 provided by the San Joaquin County Surveyors Office, and GoogleEarthTm aerial <br /> photographs dated 1993 through 2018 to establish a history for the site. Two areas along the <br /> 2015 Aerial southern boundary appear vacant and disturbed. <br /> Based on a review of the historical information, the site appeared to consist of undeveloped land <br /> in the 1890s and early 1900s, was developed with agricultural row crops from as early as the <br /> 1930s through 2000s. At the time of the field work, the northern portion of the site was improved <br /> with a grape vineyard and the southern portion of the site consisted of vacant land covered with <br /> seasonal grasses. <br /> 1.3 Existing and Proposed Septic Tank Usage <br /> 1.3.1 Existing On-Site Septic Tank Usage <br /> There are no existing septic tanks on the site. <br /> 1.3.2 Site Specific Permit History <br /> Terracon searched the EHD Public Records website; however, there were no septic and/or <br /> groundwater well permits found for the site address beyond the two Onsite Wastewater Treatment <br /> System Permits (Permit No's. SR0080293 and SR0080419) which were issued for the three <br /> percolation tests performed for this report. Copies of the permits are located in Appendix C. <br /> 1.3.3 Discussion of On-Site Septic Tank Repair <br /> Not applicable.
