Regional Water Board staff concurs with West Coast Tomato's proposal to install six <br /> additional soil borings at the Site to evaluate whether excavation is a viable alternative. <br /> By 15 June 2009,West Coast Tomato needs to install the soil borings, analyze the soil <br /> samples, and submit a report of findings. The report of findings needs to include <br /> recommendations for future work, if necessary. <br /> 2. Regional Water Board staff concurs with West Coast Tomato's proposal to conduct <br /> quarterly groundwater monitoring and sampling of all Site wells, Quarterly monitoring <br /> reports are due by, 1 August, 1 November, 1 February, and 1 May. The Attachment <br /> provides the information that needs to be included in the monitoring reports. <br /> By 15 June 2009, please submit the results of the site investigation and by 1 August 2009 <br /> submit the results of the second quarter 2009 groundwater sampling event. The groundwater <br /> sampling report needs to include all of the information included in the Attachment.
