The visual <br /> inspections should consist of a complete walk-tl lgugh of the facility property to check the tanks, <br /> transformers,heat exchange system, and drums damage or leakage, check for stained or discolored <br /> soils, and to ensure complete site security. <br /> PA Vdu-*The checklists provided in Attachment B should be unthly and annual inspections. These <br /> inspections are performed in accordance with writteneveloped for the facility by the owner <br /> or operator. Fill ports are locked when not in use. <br /> PERSONNEL, TRAINING AND SPILL PREVENTION PROCEDURES (40 CFR 112.7(q) <br /> The spill prevention manager,Avtar Singh, is accountable for spill prevention training at the Joe's <br /> Travel Plaza . Facility personnel have been instructed by management in the operation and maintenance <br /> of spill pollution prevention equipment, applicable pollution control laws and regulations, general <br /> facility operations, and the contents of this SPCC Plan. Any new facility personnel must be provided <br /> with this training prior to taking part in any operation which requires the handling of oil. <br /> Yearly spill prevention briefings are provided by management for operation personnel to ensure <br /> adequate understanding of the SPCC plan. These briefings highlight any past spill events or failures and <br /> recently developed precautionary measures. Training has been held on oil spill prevention, containment, <br /> and retrieval methods.
