Inactive tanks must not be used to store petroleum products while present at the Facility. <br /> Permanently closed tanks are exempt from the SPCC regulations of 40 CFR 112. A technical <br /> amendment to this SPCC Plan is required if any existing tanks at this Facility become <br /> permanently closed or if new active tanks are installed at the Facility. The SPCC Plan must be <br /> amended and recertified by an engineer during the technical amendment. <br /> Portable Oil Storage Containers <br /> Four 55-gallon steel drums are located behind the garbage enclosure located in the northeastern corner <br /> of the Facility. The drums are used to store grease, oily water, and oily absorbent (two drums) and are <br /> kept on a spill containment pallet. Portable oil storage containers present at the Facility are summarized <br /> in Table B. General storage locations for portable oil storage containers are shown on Figure 2.
