1.6.5 Current and Historical Land Use <br /> Currently the site is unoccupied and is available for sale. As previously mentioned in Section 1.5,the <br /> site was developed in 1993 by Dana Structural Manufacturing to produce automotive parts. Prior to <br /> development, the property was used as agricultural land. In 2000 the site was expanded by adding <br /> 10,000 square feet on the western side of the facility. The surrounding area is comprised of <br /> properties that have been used for industrial/commercial purposes since the 1990s.
