Services provided included the removal of <br /> PCB contaminated concrete, soil, and miscellaneous debris at Building 56 PCB Clean <br /> Up & Floor Replacement at the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) in Crane, <br /> Indiana. As Safety and Health Manager prepared the Site Safety and health Plan and <br /> Activity Hazard Analyses, in conjunction with the Project Manager and Construction <br /> Superintendent. Attended a Safety Kick-off Meeting held at the request of the ROICC <br /> and the base commander. Met with the NSWC safety and industrial hygiene staff to <br /> discuss the exposure monitoring protocols necessary for the project as the work was <br /> conducted inside an occupied facility. Supervised air monitoring conducted by industrial <br /> hygiene staff and reviewed and analyzed exposure assessment data which allowed <br /> downgrade of PPE and realignment of work enclosures to allow for more efficient work <br /> practices. <br /> Long-Term Operation and Maintenance, USACE, Omaha District; Seymour <br /> Johnson AFB, Goldsboro, NC (Factor 1 & 2, Project No. 2).As Safety and Health <br /> Manager, toured the base and wrote and reviewed numerous plans and supervised <br /> industrial hygiene exposure studies for exposure to jet fuel and noise. This long-term <br /> O&M of two groundwater treatment plants with a total budget of$1 M anticipated to <br /> recover a 50,000-gallon LNAPL jet fuel plume and treat contaminated groundwater. <br /> Long-term O&M includes system optimization, groundwater and process sampling, air <br /> emission sampling, and regulatory and community interaction. TN&A received this <br /> contract extension for excellent performance. <br /> Atlas Missile Site Remedial Action, United States Army Corps of Engineers, <br /> Kansas City District PRAC Contract, Wamego, KS (Factor 1 & 2, Project No. 6). <br /> Prepared Site Safety and Health Plan and activity hazard analyses for review. Provided <br /> industrial hygiene support on chemical hazards and support on occupational safety <br /> hazards and emergency response issues. Conducted on-site safety review of <br /> contractor confined space entry operations and HAZWOPER protocols. <br /> Superfund Technical Assessment and Response Team, Environmental Protection <br /> Agency, <br /> Region 4 (Factor 1 & 2, Project No. 10). Supervise and provide technical guidance to <br /> our Senior Industrial Hygienist, the START program designated Safety and Health <br /> Coordinator. Developed a short form Site Safety and Health Plan template in USEPA <br /> format that the SSHO can complete prior to mobilization that complies with project and <br /> regulatory requirements. <br /> Environmental Multiple Award Contract for RAO/LTM, United States Navy, SW <br /> Division. Operations, Maintenance, And Monitoring Activities at Sites 1, 22, 26, <br /> and 28, Former Naval Air Station Moffett Field, Mountain View, CA. As Safety and <br /> Health Manager, prepared the Accident Prevention Plan and Activity Hazard Analyses, <br /> in conjunction with the Project Manager and Site Safety and Health Officer/Field <br /> Superintendent.
