APP/SSHP <br /> Soil Excavation at California National Guard Armory <br /> Lodi, California <br /> 9.2.2 Subcontractor Safety and Health Plans <br /> Employee safety and health is the responsibility of all personnel working at the site (including <br /> subcontractors), and OTIE has the primary responsibility of implementing the APP/SSHP/ANAs. <br /> OTIE will review the subcontractor's SSHP to see if there are any deficiencies or conflicts <br /> between the SSHPs. Any deficiencies or conflicts should be resolved before starting the field <br /> activities. The SSHO has the authority to evaluate, correct, and take corrective actions where <br /> subcontract personnel do not follow the approved APP/SSHP. <br /> OTIE 32 <br />
