All <br /> monitoring wells indicated in the monitoring program are required to be sampled and <br /> analyzed quarterly. The second quarter 1995 report is due by 30 July 1995. Thereafter, <br /> quarterly monitoring reports are to be submitted to the Board by the 15th day of the month <br /> following the calendar quarter in which the samples were taken. We have been informed <br /> by Hydro-Search that no fust quarter monitoring data was collected and thus a first quarter <br /> monitoring report will not be submitted.
