Box 173400 <br /> Denver, CO 80217-3400 <br /> LEPRINO FOODS GROUND WATER INVESTIGATION, TRACY, SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> We have still not received a response to our 29 January 1993 letter requesting a description of the <br /> proposed interim remediation system and a schedule for ground water sampling at the Leprino <br /> Foods facility at 2401 MacArthur Drive in Tracy. Our subsequent 4 May 1993 letter and 2 June <br /> 1993 and 16 July 1993 telephone conversations with you also have been ignored. Your response to <br /> our 29 January 1993 request is now seven months overdue. <br /> In addition to submitting a full description of the proposed interim remediation system and a ground <br /> water monitoring schedule for the rest of the year, you also are required to submit all data collected <br /> since the data reported in the 20 October 1992 Initial Ground Water Assessment. <br /> If the information required above is not submitted by 3 September 1993, I intend to recommend <br /> formal enforcement action to the Executive Officer. <br /> WENDY T.
