CALIFORNIA REGIONAL WATER QUALITY CONTROL BOARD <br /> CENTRAL VALLEY REGION <br /> MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM NO. <br /> FOR <br /> LEPRINO FOODS <br /> TRACY <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> Specific sample station locations are established under direction of the Board's staff. <br /> Prior to construction, plans and specifications for ground water monitonng and/or LJJ <br /> extraction wells shall be submitted to Board staff for review and approval. After <br /> construction, new wells are to be sampled and analyzed for the constituents below <br /> and added to the monitoring program. <br /> GROUND WATER MONITORING <br /> There are two monitoring wells onsite as shown in Figure 1. The ground water �J U <br /> monitoring program for the two monitoring wells and any additional wells installed <br /> subsequently, shall include the following: <br /> Constituents 11aila Tvoe of Sample Sampling Freauencv <br /> Depth to ground Feet ------- Quarterly <br /> water' <br /> Free Product Feet ------- Quarterly <br /> thickness <br /> TPH as diesel µg/1 Grab Quarterly <br /> Benzene µg/l Grab Quarterly <br /> Toluene µg/1 Grab Quarterly <br /> Ethylbenzene µg/1 Grab Quarterly- <br /> Xylene µg/1 Grab Quarterly <br /> ' Until Leprino has three wells onsite, Mobil monitoring wells shall also be <br /> measured for ground water elevations <br /> REPORTING <br /> Quarterly reports shall be submitted to the Board by the 30th day of the month <br /> following the end of each calendar quarter until such time that the Executive Officer <br /> determined that the reports are no longer neessary. These reports shall include the <br /> following in tabular form: water quality analytical data, depth to ground water, free <br /> product thickness, and ground water elevations. In addition, ground water contour <br /> maps shall be provided for each quarter. <br />
